What you can add to your stay
The things that don’t come with the house and are asked for separately. Arranged before you arrive, so there’s nothing to organise once you’re here. They work equally well for a holiday, a celebration or a working team.

So you don’t have to deal with anything
Housekeeping
Every day or only when needed, whichever the group prefers. Done in the afternoon, when nobody’s in.
Transfers
Our own drivers and eight-seater vans. Arranged from here and charged by the transport provider.
The shopping, done before you arrive
We do the shopping for the group and it’s in the house when you get here. You pay only for what you use, at cost.
Early in, late out
The house has an early check-in and late check-out policy, subject to availability and at additional cost.
Level 2
For eating well
The paella
A Valencian paella class over a wood fire, no food colouring and no shop-bought stock.
Slow-smoked asado
Meat hung over the embers for six hours, over mandarin wood.
Pizza
A twenty-five-year-old sourdough starter, a wood-fired clay oven and sauce from the garden’s own tomatoes.
Fresh pasta
Made by hand, with our own eggs and the same garden tomatoes.
Empanadas
Argentinian, made here, eaten with your hands out in the garden.
Cooking to order
Salads, fish, burgers or grilled sausage. You ask for what you fancy and it gets cooked.
The whisky tasting
Five family-run Scottish distilleries, every one of them eighteen years in cask.
Level 3
Valencia Offline
Seeing Valencia away from the usual circuit. Places known by people who live here, not by a guidebook.
Skiing
Valdelinares, two hours away. For the group where not everyone skis.
Exploring ruins
The castle of Chirel and the Roman aqueduct at Peña Cortada.
Valencia with a historian
The city centre told by someone who knows what they’re telling.
The beach
Beach trips with everything prepared.
Level 4
Wellbeing at Villa Paula
Yoga
Up to fourteen people, in the garden or in the pavilion. It’s what gets asked for most.
Massage
The same person who teaches the class, with their own table, wherever you want it.
Live flamenco
Guitar during lunch, or the full group with singing and dance.
Flamenco classes
Dance or hand-clapping, for the group, with the same musicians.
Ceramics and art
The wheel and the glazes, with a craft that has been in this district for centuries.

For a celebration
Catering
For when the group grows and the house’s own meals aren’t enough.
Bar and cocktails
With a bartender. Set up in the garden or under the pergola.
Florist
On top of the ones cut from the garden every morning.
DJ and sound
Within the house rules on hours and volume, which are written down.
Photography and video
For when the day deserves to be kept somewhere.
Coordination
Someone to hold the thread of the day so the group doesn’t have to.

How they work
They’re asked for beforehand, not during
Each one depends on someone else’s diary: a cook, a guitarist, a beautician, a bakery. That’s why they’re agreed before you arrive rather than on the fly.
You don’t have to choose any. A stay with no experiences at all is a complete stay: the house, the garden, the pool and the six and a half hectares around it already belong to the group.
There are no packages either. You ask for what interests you and leave the rest.
